Legal action is an action intended to create rights and obligations. Legal

action is applied to all those who commit violations, especially among the TNI.

According to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 25 of 2014 concerning

Military Discipline Law, there are terms of superiors and subordinates within the

TNI. The boss is a military who, because of his rank and / or position, is higher than

any other military. Whereas subordinates are military who, because of their rank

and / or position, are lower than other military. Soldiers who violate military

disciplinary law will be subject to sanctions in the form of disciplinary action and

disciplinary punishment because the TNI is a soldier who is a Marga and has a

swearing in of the Soldiers as a Bhayangkari of the state and nation, in the field of

national security is the act of the initial defenders, defenders, guards, saviors nation

and state, as well as cadres, pioneers and folk trainers to prepare the country's

defense and security forces in the face of any form of enemy threat or opponent

who is entitled to punish). One of the crimes committed by members of the TNI in

Chapter XIII concerning Crimes Against Origins and Marriage is the Marriage of

Siri. Siri marriage is a marriage that is religiously in accordance with the terms and

conditions of marriage but not stated in general. In law and service, siri marriage is

prohibited and not permitted. This can damage the good name of the image of the

TNI both within the Korem and in the community. Soldiers who hold a siri

marriage will be subject to violation of article 279 of the Criminal Code and will be

processed through a Military Court and will be subject to punishment based on the

decision of the Military Court and administrative sanctions from service.
