The border of the beach is the Mainland along the coast, which width is proportional
with form and physical condition of the beach, a minimum of 100 (one hundred) meters from
the highest tidal point towards the ground. The use of the land border of the beach is not
banned by the Government, but its activities are governed by regulations written by national
