The following thesis is entitled to qualification of crimes that victims can submit restitution where the legal research was aimed to know the qualification of crimes that victims can submit restitution. The research finds that the Witness and Victim Protection Agency until now has not release regulation about qualification of crimes that victims can submit restitution. All victims that feel their rights are not fulfilled because of the crimes they face, they can submit restitution to the Witness and Victim Protection Agency. It was therefore suggested that the Witness and Victim Protection Agency release specific regulation about qualification of crimes that victims can submit restitution to answer Article 7A (2) Law Number 31 of 2014.
