Abstract
This legal writing is entitled “The Gain of Certificate of Land Right by Rights Transfer
(Trade) in Manifesting Legal Certainty and Protection in Yogyakarta City”. The problem
formulation in this research was whether the gain of certificate of land right by rights transfer
(trade) has manifested legal certainty and protection in Yogyakarta City. The purpose of this
research was to find out, study and analyze whether the gain of certificate of land right by rights
transfer (trade) in Yogyakarta city has manifested legal certainty and protection. The result of
this research shows that the gain of certificate of land rights by rights transfer (trade) in
Yogyakarta has manifested legal certainty and protection.
