ABSTRACT
Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi is independent institution which has duty and authority to eradication criminal act of corruption. Many parties hesitating the authority of Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi on assignment independent searcher and investigator. In fact, assignment searcher and investigator who came from the outside institution of police department and attorney always be the parties weapon which has specific interest to against Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi.
