After the enactment of Government Regulation No. 61 Year 2014 on
Reproductive Health that identifies the legalization of abortion in Indonesia in
medical emergencies and Indications Indications Pregnancy due to rape is still a

accordance with the rule of law. The practice of illegal abortions in the city of
