The author aims to do research to know whether implementinng the system by public
transport. Companies waging PT. Putra Kembar Iban already pursuant to section 88
of the Act No. 13 of 2003 on labor, that set waging, related to the wage received by the
worker (driver or assistant driver ). Research methods that used in this research is the
empirical legal research, research based on primary data as its main data and secondary
data as supporting data. Methods of data analysis that used in the research of the law is
qualitative analysis, which analysis that is done by way of collecting all the data into
one, then describing the collected data so it get a picture, and then do the following
steps data analysis using qualitative analysis until its obtains a conclusions. Based on
the results of research conducted by the author, it can be concluded the implementation
of waging against its workers by the public transport company in the Regency kapuas
hulu, not fully in accordance with the applicable legislation in this respect to article 90
paragraph 1 of Act No. 13 of 2003 on labor ' employers prohibited pay wages lower
than the minimum wage ' which is set based on the minimum wage in city of kapuas
hulu. Department of manpower and transmigration of West kalimantan must conduct
surveillance, give proper direction and guidance regarding waging conducted for results
based on the Government.
