This research is about the legal consideration by the judge to the application of transsexual determination. The legal issue that raised is the legal consideration by the judge to the application of transsexual determination in Klaten District Court. The method of research is normative law research which is focused on norm of positive law that consists of legal consideration and determination in Klaten District Court. The source of this research uses secondary data which consists of primary law, secondary law, and tertiary law. The result of this research is that consideration of the judge to dismissing and acceding the application of transsexual determination has to consist of psycology aspect, medical aspect, and future. This is supported by Law 22 of 2013 on Residential Administration. In case to submit the application of trassexual determination, the applicant needs the medical recomendation from a doctor too. If the medical recomendation supports the sex-changing, the judge will consider it.
