Indonesia is a country that by law is not based on sheer strength, then all
the power of the state should be governed by the law. Therefore the police as one
of law enforcement plays embody the principles of law in social life and state .
Each member of the Police of the Republic of Indonesia is obliged to live and live

avoid misconduct and abuse of authority. Police discipline regulations contain an
