REGISTRATION OF PROPERTY RIGHTS TO LAND IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE THROUGH

any obstacles to realize the orderly administration of land. Conclusions in the implementation of land
certification through PRONA in Palangkaraya, namely that the implementation runs smoothly and has
met the predetermined targets, this is because the factors among others, the extension of intensive
undertaken by the Land Office and the desire of the community to mensertipikatkan land. Awareness of
the law and the public interest in land certification in Palangkaraya showed that awareness of the law for
the registration of land in Palangkaraya still low. Factors that contribute to the low awareness of the law
