Abstract

The title of this law research is “Efectivity of implementation of space zoning
law enforcement on Jalan Bantul-Yogyakarta Distric Bantul”. It is an empirical or
sosiological law research, that has a goal to know how far the efectivity of the law which
prevails, specialy space zoning law on Jalan Bantul-Yogyakarta. Primary data is colected
from 30 people as respondent who live on border of Jalan Bantul-Yogyakarta.
Approach of this law research is an induktif method, that is by drawing conclusion
from the specific variables into general conclusion.
In the level of law dogmatic, it is treated description, synchronization, analysis,
interpretation and evaluation of the law which prevails, specialy connected with space
zoning law. It is also treated horizontal and vertical systematization and synchronization
in order to find conclusion that the law prevails for regulation of zoning plan on Jalan
Bantul-Yogyakarta, such as “UUD RI Tahun 1945, UU Nomor 5 Tahun 1950 tentang
Peraturan Dasar Pokok-Pokok Agraria, UU Nomor 26 Tahun 2007 tentang Penataan
Ruang, Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Bantul Nomor 4 Tahun 2002 tentang Rencana Tata
Ruang Wilayah Kabupaten Bantul, and Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Bantul Nomor 7
Tahun 2002 tentang Izin Mendirikan Bangunan”.
By using law sociology approach, it is colected public opinion of the efectivity of
the law which prevails, that organize space zoning on Jalan Bantul-Yogyakarta. It is also
colected the public response of government agencies law enforcement efforts.
By using law political approach, based on public opinion, found a future goal, how
is the ideal space zoning plan for society’s prosperous and welfare on Jalan Bantul-
Yogyakarta. Thus, so in the future efectivity of space zoning law which privails can be
enforced and obeyed by the whole society.
